Our base coverage is either 3 or Robber, depending on our talent level and the scheme/talent of our opponent. Our 3, 4, and 5-man pressures are going to be Cover 3 or Robber. Our 6, 7, and 8-man pressures are man coverages, straight man, or Man Free. I think we are a bit different in that we very rarely play with a post player, mostly because when we blitz we want to overload the protection and force the QB to get rid of the ball before he would like to.
