It is understood that many aspects of coaching are universal, that ideas, concepts, techniques, strategies, philosophies, etc., are passed from coach to player, and coach to coach over time through working together, clinics, printed material, videos, etc. Thatís the nature of our profession. The only thing we ask of any material you share is to make sure it is yours to share (itís your property, itís not copyrighted, etc.). By submitting any material, you are implying you have the right to share the material and you are giving the CLN the right to use the material.
Any material submitted and printed on the Coaches Learning Network will remain a published feature on the site, at the descretion of the CLN, just as it would in printed material.
The CLN reserves the right to use any and all submitted material as part of CLN promotions and advertising or other such relevant activities.
The CLN reserves the right to use, or not to use, any material submitted. In addition, based on need, similarity in submitted materials, etc., the CLN reserves the right to use submitted material at any time as deemed appropriate by the CLN after its original submission.
The CLN will not be able to return any material delivered to our offices, so please keep original videos, CDs, DVDs, photos, etc., of any and all shared material.
The CLN reserves the right to edit material regarding clarity, grammar, usage, mechanics, appropriate language, etc.
If you are interested in submitting material we strongly encourage you to do so. If there is something that you have learned, developed or use that is helpful to you, we can guarantee it will be helpful for someone else as well. We are proud that we have provided a forum and community that allows all Coaches to Learn and Network with each other, so feel free to take advantage of any opportunities the Coaches Learning Network provides.
If you have any questions or suggestions for us, please feel free to contact us at Coach@CoachesLearningNetwork.com.
