It is understood that many aspects of coaching are universal, that ideas, concepts, techniques, strategies, philosophies, etc., are passed from coach to player, and coach to coach over time through working together, clinics, printed material, videos, etc. Thatís the nature of our profession. The only thing we ask of any material you share is to make sure it is yours to share (itís your property, itís not copyrighted, etc.). By submitting any material you are giving CLN the right to use the material and implying you have the right to share the material.

Any material submitted and printed on the Coaches Learning Network will remain a published feature on the site, at the descretion of the CLN, just as it would in printed material.

The CLN reserves the right to use any and all submitted material as part of CLN promotions and advertising or other such relevant activities.

The CLN reserves the right to use, or not to use, any material submitted. In addition, based on need, similarity in submitted materials, etc., the CLN reserves the right to use submitted material at any time as deemed appropriate by the CLN after its original submission.

The CLN will not be able to return any material delivered to our offices, so please keep original videos, CDs, DVDs, photos, etc., of any and all shared material.

Here are the CLN Discussion Board and Other Community Resources rules. Any violation of these rules can result in the loss of membership. There will be no subscription refunds (prorated or otherwise) if membership is revoked.

1. The purpose of these features are to provide coaches a community to learn and share with each other in a positive environment. All participants are expected to be professional and respectful.

2. These are public forums. Make disclosures through these forums at your own risk. You are responsible for the content of your postings, and for the consequences of your postings. It is recommended that you donít share your password with others because you will be responsible for all content posted under your username. You are responsible for the safety of your personal information. It is recommended that you donít post any personal information online including, but not limited to, phone numbers, addresses, financial information, etc. No CLN representative will ever ask for any of this information in any forum.

3. The CLN is not liable for content of posts submitted. Messages are not reviewed by CLN representatives prior to posting. Inappropriate postings will be deleted when discovered or reported. By using this forum you release CLN and affiliates of all liability and obligations in connection with or arising from your use. If at any time you are unhappy with the forum or object to any material within, your sole remedy is to cease using it.

4. Parental permission is required for anyone 17 and under.

5. Membership will be revoked for unlawful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, libelous, invasive of anotherís privacy, and culturally/racially insensitive postings and/or comments. In other words, if you donít think itís appropriate, donít write it.

All information provided to CoachesLearningNetwork.com is for CLN use only. We respect your privacy and no information provided will be shared or sold to any business or organization.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase any CLN products. If you purchase a CLN product, you are implying that you have the authority to make such purchases and are responsible for the fulfillment of the payment. Your account will be charged at the time of the purchase.

All sales are final. All sales are in U.S. currency only.

Items damaged during shipment, or that are faulty upon arrival will be replaced. You must notify the CLN via email at coach@coacheslearningnetwork.com within five business days of receiving your purchase of any damaged material. The CLN reserves the right to collect any damaged material before making replacements.

DVD orders, when in stock will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will notify you by email of any delays such as out of stock items, etc.

CLN sells and ships products to end user customers only.
